Millmark had the opportunity to build two of the three buildings at the new Hopkins Commons development in Maineville, Ohio. These projects started in May of 2018. Millmark constructed Buildings B and C. Building B is 60,000 sq. ft., Building C is 40,000 sq ft. Both building are three stories, comprised of prefabricated wood wall panels and engineered floor and roof trusses. Millmark also installed the residential style windows in both buildings.
